RULIS Support:
Starting June 23, 2025, the ROW_Applications_Helpdesk (RAH) will no longer provide direct support to external RULIS customers. If an external RULIS customer contacts RAH, the team will direct the customer to contact their district permit coordinator for all support. This includes systems issues, training questions, and administrative requests (rollbacks, migrations, password resets, and permit deletions).
